Autumn thoughts
On my events page, you’ll find that my next market is Homestead Hollow.
Autumn is my favorite season. I absolutely love watching leaves fall and blow around in the wind. It feels so freeing to think of trees trusting the process and letting the leaves go. They just surrender to the season and release.
It feels appropriate for this season to take a break from the busyness of markets for a few weeks. My daughter has several theater performance dates, my sons will be home from boarding school for a weekend, and I will be preparing gift boxes and products for my biggest market to date.
On my events page, you’ll find that my next market is Homestead Hollow. This is a beloved arts and crafts festival that has been well attended for decades in Springville, AL. There is an entrance fee for adults. Vendors and shoppers from all over the southeast region will be there with amazing crafts and products. It is a little nerve wracking to think about a 3 day weekend festival with thousands in attendance, but I’m also very excited. There will be live music, kids areas, shopping, great food, historical artisans presenting, and so much more. I’d love to see you there!
